hello, i have been trying to call, but noone is picking up, so i am writing this email instead. I want to order online and pick up at IKEA AALBORG. but when i pay, i always end up with : Noget gik galt med din betaling. Prøv igen eller kontakt din kortudbyder. i do not know why this happens. everything is okay with my card. it event sent the verification code to my phone number. it would be pleasant if you tell me what to do and how to resolve this. i need this order to get done because i am moving into an empty appartment an ikea is the solution i chose. thank you very much have a nice evening mvh laura

Jeg har i år ikke modtaget mit ikea katalog, jeg forstår ikke hvorfor? Jeg savner det, da jeg jo får det hvert år.
